Karen is the Senior Vice President and a founding member of Kevin Davis Insurance Services (KDIS).  She has been in the insurance industry for 30+ years and is responsible for Business Development, Market Relationships and Strategic Planning at KDIS.

Kevin Davis Insurance Services is Travelers Managing General Agent for Directors & Officers and Employee Dishonesty coverages for community associations nationwide. KDIS insures over 30,000 associations throughout the United States.

Karen is currently a member of the Community Associations Institute (CAI) and has previously served as a National Trustee and Chair of the Insurance Committee for CAI.  She is one of a small group of individuals who nationally holds a Community Insurance and Risk Management Specialist (CIRMS) designation.

Karen graduated from California State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Organizational Development and Human Resources with a minor in History and Political Science.
