Katie Beth is an AVP, Executive Talent Management Consultant on Chubb’s Global Talent Management team. She implements Chubb’s Executive Talent Management strategy, partnering with the Global Centers of Excellence and Business Talent Management teams. Her primary focus is Executive Succession Planning and Executive Leadership Development. As a Certified Executive Coach, she works with leaders on personal and professional development as well as navigating leadership dynamics through the entire employee life cycle. She leverages her underwriting and sales background to partner with her clients to help develop top talent, impacting business results.
Katie Beth is passionate about Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and holds leadership positions throughout the industry. She serves as Co-Chair of the Southeast Region IICF Inclusion and Insurance Forum, and she is immersed in culture work within Chubb. Katie Beth is also passionate about philanthropy and believes anytime a group is gathered, there is an opportunity to make a positive impact in the community. Katie Beth created Chubb’s Annual Virtual 5K, raising over $100,000 for charities around North America. Outside of her corporate role, she co-chaired a philanthropic event for the Wesley Rankin Community Center in West Dallas, raising over $100,000 for the organization, annually. She also serves as the auction chair for her children’s public elementary school, raising over $100,000 each year.
Katie Beth is passionate about learning and development, and she is a certified teacher of The Enneagram. She is also a change management practitioner and certified in the Energy Leadership Index.
