Leslie joined USAA in January 2023 as Vice President, P&C Sales Experience Management and Delivery, where she leads the sales organization serving the product and services acquisition needs of over 13M USAA members.
Prior to joining USAA, Leslie was Head of Blink by Chubb and was responsible for leading the development and launch of a portfolio of digital end-to-end consumer products. She served as Blink's Head of Distribution and Marketing before being appointed to the Head of Blink and was responsible for creating and executing Blink's distribution and marketing strategies. Leslie led the development of Blink by Chubb brand as the first endorsed Chubb brand in North America, receiving numerous industry awards and becoming the digital brand for Chubb overseas operations across the globe. She began her time at Chubb as VP of Business Development for Digital Small Commercial and was responsible for developing affinity partnerships with global brands.
Leslie's career in P&C spans over 30 years and includes executive leadership positions in personal lines sales at The Hartford and Travelers, where she was consistently recognized and promoted for her ability to successfully develop and coach sales teams to exceed goals in both mature and expansion territories, as well as developing new sales operating models to drive consistent delivery of profitable revenue.
Leslie is a graduate of the University of Connecticut where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Development with a concentration in Public Relations. She and her husband Dean (USAF Veteran) are proud human parents to three rescue pups, Luciana, Chloe and Cara.
