Douglas Dick is a risk professional in the insurance and risk management industry, with experience in enterprise risk management, underwriting, wholesale brokerage, treaty reinsurance brokerage, and complex 1st party claims handling. Douglas now serves as AVP, Client Success/Technical Lead for Crawford Global Technical Services. He also serves as the Excess and Surplus lines practice leader for Crawford Global Technical Services and is a member of the division’s executive leadership team.
Douglas has a passion for leadership, service, mentorship, training and development. His dedication to give back to the industry’s “Next Generation” is evidenced by his time spent as a part of the Wholesale & Specialty Insurance Association (WSIA) Intern Committee and Troy University Alumni Association. Douglas also serves as an associate board member for Insurance Industries Charitable Foundation (IICF)’s Atlanta Chapter and has a passion for philanthropy. Douglas resides in ATL, GA and holds a degree is Risk Management Insurance from Troy University, a PCLS designation, and is a licensed property and casualty adjuster.
