Carol Castelloni is a Senior Vice President at CNA, leading the Strategy & Transformation Office.  She is responsible for designing and delivering transformational initiatives to achieve profitable growth and operational effectiveness.  She drives enterprise-wide programs in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to optimize businessperformance through progressive change.  Carol is passionate about mobilizing the organization to embraceinnovation and achieve strategic goals.

Prior to joining CNA in 2019, Carol worked at ACORD where she led the global industry program to advanceinsurance data standards for P&C, Reinsurance, and Life insurance.  She has also served most of the top 25personal and commercial lines carriers in previous leadership and advisory roles with Verisk, Accenture, andAcxiom.  Carol started her Insurance career with CNA, supporting technology solutions for Risk Management and Reinsurance.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign anda master’s degree in Applied Technology from DePaul University.  Carol is active in the Women ImpactingLeadership group at CNA is also a member of the Association of Professional Insurance Women.
